Successes & Struggles

After a couple of weeks of trying to change how you eat and now how you drink, it can some times be overwhelming or very rewarding.  Take this opportunity to write what you are struggling with and share it with others .  This is also an opportunity to share what you are doing well.  Whether you are just wanting to vent or get some advice, here is your chance.

  2. Thanks for starting the blog! I had fun at Zumba today. I have a long way to go to learn how to dance like that but I'm celebrating that I made it to the end of the lesson and I didn't fall flat on my face.

  3. I'm glad you enjoyed. It does not matter how well or bad we dance. What matters is that we are exercising and having a great time doing it!

  4. For all of those who are curious. I used 2 things this summer to help me get fit. The Couch to 5K app and a calorie counter app. I was not a runner before, but it was something I always wanted to do. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It even helped me get off most of my asthma meds.
